Data we collect
- When you request access to the video presentation: your email address (and, where applicable, your first name).
- When you write to us or request a quote: your name, email and the content of your message.
- When you book a call: the information needed to arrange the conversation.
No sensitive data is requested, and the site collects no data without your knowledge.
Purposes & legal basis
- To send you access to the video and information about the training — basis: your consent.
- To respond to your enquiries (contact, quote, call) — basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
Recipients & processors
Your data is processed by Antoine Delalande. Technical providers may host or process it on our behalf: Hostinger (hosting), Brevo (email delivery) and Calendly (appointment booking). Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers may process data outside the European Union. Where this is the case, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent frameworks).
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, then deleted or archived — for prospects, no longer than three years after our last contact.
